Make sure Poised app is not running on your machine. Quit from the top menu bar.

Move the 'Poised' app from your Applications folder to Trash

Open 'Finder' and then type cmd+shift+g

Go to '/Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/HAL'

Move 'Poised Audio Driver' to Trash

Restarting your machine next time will make sure Poised audio driver disappears.

Open "Add or Remove Programs" application.

Search for "Poised" in the apps.

Select "Remove program"
