Poised is a powerful tool that can help you in your online meetings, but also to practice for the next presentation or even interview.
To use Poised to practice:
Orient yourself on what you're practicing, whether that's preparing a list of questions or an interview or a general structure of your presentation
Go to Poised from the menu bar and click "Start Recording"
3. Once you're finished, click the purple button to review your session in more detail with feedback on which moments you could have improved.
